As a US-based manufacturer of electrical and mechanical drives, motion control, and automation technology, Lenze Americas had multiple full-time hourly manufacturing roles they were unable to fill.

By partnering with JCSI, Lenze Americas got a project-based RPO model added as an extension to their team to fill these roles with high-quality candidates. Getting hourly candidates to show up to interviews has been tough in 2021, and JCSI has provided successful interviews and hires based on our approach to passive candidate recruitment for hourly hiring.
