RECRUITING COORDINATOR

***Part time (20 or 30 hours per week) or full time hours available; either fully remote or in office located in Grafton MA

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and executing recruitment operations and processes. This includes but is not limited to being a central point of contact for clients, managing client and candidate data, updating applicant tracking system, creating marketing materials, and coordinating between JCSI Team, hiring managers and recruiters. The ideal candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support recruitment operations and processes including but not limited to scheduling client calls and internal meetings, managing client and candidate data, responding to client questions, and escalating client concerns to appropriate JCSI Team member.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
  • Create marketing materials for job postings and candidate engagement materials
  • Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners
  • Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment operations or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
