JOB SUMMARY
The Instrumentation & Electrical is responsible for the general electrical maintenance in relation to installation, troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, mechanical and instrumentation systems for both plants.
SALARY
$90K-$100K – Commensurate with experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with all plant maintenance to ensure the plant is run as efficient as possible
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and electrical problems
- Maintain and repair of instrumentation and its control system
- Keep complete documentation regarding all electrical/instrumentation projects
- Provide input for cost savings and process improvements
- Assist in creating Preventive/Predictive maintenance programs
- Keep work areas in an organized and safe condition
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of I&E maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting 24VDC and 120VAC control circuits
- Knowledgeable of PLC’s, PLC card types, VFD’S, 4-20ma controls and HART protocol
- Knowledgeable of electrical codes and ability to read and understand blueprints and P&IDs
- High school diploma / GED
