At JCSI, we have a job opening as a Senior Sales Executive in our Westborough, MA office to join our current team of 6 Sales Representatives. The Senior Sales Executive’s primary focus will be the development of new as well as previous business relationships. Customer and client interaction will comprise the majority of the workday, with a heavy emphasis on face-to-face meetings with qualified prospects. Additionally, the Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for outbound prospecting and various networking activities.
There is a significant amount of growth potential within this position. There is the opportunity to be fully accountable for the overall coordination, the functional management, and the leadership of all of the sales activities for JCSI. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Tracking and management of current and new leads
- Present JCSI services through face-to-face, webinar, phone and videoconference
- Successful sale of JCSI’s services and solutions
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales quota
- Establish strategic relationships with clients, contacts, and sales networks
- Participation in regular sales meetings and activities
- Responsible for providing reports on sales activity, sales forecasts, and other objective sales measurements
- Perform other job related duties as required
- Prospecting, lead generation and setting appointments
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3-7 years inside or outside sales experience selling to the Human Resources community
- Proven record in selling remotely via phone, webinar, and videoconference
- Strong presentation skills, both face-to-face and via webinar
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Independent working and decisions making skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Easily adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of the recruitment industry
- Ability to demonstrate sales prowess
- Experience with Salesforce
Required Travel:
- 20-60% non-overnight domestic travel
