Introducing our New Contract Recruiter Services
We are excited to announce a new service here at JCSI. Called JCSI OnSite, this provides experienced recruiters to work as needed at a client’s location on a contract basis. The great advantage of this service over a traditional contract recruiter is that the OnSite recruiter is supported by a team of back-office research specialists who provide a constant flow qualified candidates for the position. This frees up more of the recruiter’s time to spend with qualified candidates so they can manage the process and give more attention to your hiring managers.
Many companies are in a tough position right now. Their hiring needs are increasing, but they may not be ready to make the commitment to a new recruiter. OnSite is a great alternative for them. We’ve designed this to be flexible so companies can quickly scale the recruiter’s hours up or down as needed to respond to the rapidly changing hiring requirement of their organization. This eliminates the risk and costly commitments associated with a traditional contract recruiter relationship.
JCSI was built on the principle that dividing a recruiter’s responsibility into several specialty roles improves quality and efficiency so we can deliver quality hires faster at a lower cost. The OnSite service applies that model to improve the role of the contract recruiter.
