“With an agency, you are competing with the other companies they are recruiting for. I didn’t feel that way wih JCSI . I can differentiate the two based on cost and efficiency. We asked JCSI to help us fill two positions. For one of the positions, they sent us a candidate within a couple of days, and that is who we ended up hiring. I know we filled two positions for $7,500. If we filled those positions with our normal contingency firms, it would have cost us $30,000.”

The downside was that she was a bit too expensive for that particular position, so we did not hire her. A month or two later, a senior-level Project Manager position opened up. Since we owned the candidates we received from JCSI , we were able to hire her at no cost.”
