Pre Qualification and Event Prep
- We prequalify all candidates and assess their level of interest.
- All candidates are approved by the Hiring Managers and are in turn confirmed to attend the Interview Day.
- We send all confirmed candidates Interview packets including event date, time, location, driving directions, employment applications, and any additional documents necessary.
- We prepare the interviewers with packets including interview evaluation sheets, candidate resumes, and prescreens.
Interview Day Event
- We collaborate with you to coordinate the entire event. We do all the leg work and will keep the event running smoothly. We ensure that your focus can be directed towards candidate interviewing.
- We collect applications from candidates as they enter the facility. We lead candidates through the entire process step by step.
- We address any problems that may arise.
Event Recap
- We recap with the interviewers by collecting evaluation forms.
- We work with you to determine which candidates warrant an invitation for a formal interview and, upon request, will provide scheduling and follow-up services.
