STEP 4: Offer Stage
After you have interviewed candidates, you have the opportunity to choose the most qualified person to fill your open job. JCSI will take the time to check the candidate’s references and complete the finishing steps.
References – JCSI will check the provided references while also searching through LinkedIn and Google to develop a list of confidential references that are not listed by the candidate.
Offer – After everything is checked out, JCSI will present a verbal offer and if needed, sell the candidate on the position. A formal offer will also be mailed at this point.
