STEP 3: Interview Process

Candidates with strong resumes and pre-screens are scheduled to be interviewed by you.  JSCI has already completed the most time consuming aspects of the process by sourcing and screening a pool of qualified candidates that match your company’s preferences. 

Phone Interview – Your HR/Recruiting personnel screen candidates to determine fit and sell them on your company and employment opportunity.

Personal Interview – If desired, JCSI can set up a time for the candidate to come in and interview at your company.
