Step 2: Prequalification Stage

After qualified candidates are sourced, JCSI contacts them by phone and asks a brief series of questions to ensure that they have the skills and experience necessary to perform the job.  This pre-qualification process is another time-consuming step that is invaluable in finding the best candidates possible. 

Pre-screen- The pre-screen allows JCSI to not only evaluate the quality of a candidate and decide how well that person may fit into your company, it also determines if the candidate would be interested in the job if it was offered.

Feedback Session – Based on their resume and pre-screen, candidates are either accepted and continue through the interview process or are rejected.  By analyzing rejected candidates, JCSI is better able to find top-qualified applicants.
