We expect that the hours needed to source candidates will vary over the course of the relationship, based on your hiring needs. Because we charge an hourly rate, working with JCSi gives you the flexibility to decrease or add to these hours each week at your discretion. Our process and fee structure give you another alternative that has proven to be more efficient and cost-effective.

WE GUARANTEE OUR SERVICES: JCSI gives a 2-week guarantee on all consulting engagements. If you find that we did not meet your expectations after 2 weeks, you owe us nothing.
