JCSI Renews Focus, Adds New Program in 2018

After a very successful year that resulted in JCSI exceeding its new business goals by nearly 25 percent and surpassing its 2017 revenue goals (revenue increased by more than 60 percent over 2016), the company did not sit back on its laurels but instead offered an ambitious improvement plan on all fronts. JCSI launches the New Year with a renewed focus on delivery, an expansive program to promote employee health and wellness, as well as a multi-faceted approach to giving back to our communities--more on that later.

As always, JCSI is about setting goals, finding efficiencies to improve delivery to clients, and holding ourselves accountable at all levels. The company's  renewing focus for 2018 encompasses four key goal areas: 1. Increase Revenue, 2. Improve Delivery to Clients, 3. Reduce Company Debt, and 4. Improve Employee Satisfaction and Wellness.

As noted in the presentation, “In 2018, we are passionate about making a difference in the wellness of our company, our team members, as well as others in our community by volunteering and donating to worthy causes. We also believe we can only become better as a team if we can allow ourselves to step out of the office, away from our desks, and spend time socializing and having some fun.”
