Melanie Wexler’s experience in managing, recruiting, and implementing process improvements have had a significant impact on the company’s success at meeting client staffing needs since she joined JCSI in 2007. With her passion for sound management practices, Melanie easily transitioned from Project Manager and Business Unit Manager to her current role as Vice President of Client Services. Her focus on valuing each employee’s contribution while always striving to “do it better” continues to result in effective team members and satisfied customers.
Prior to joining JCSI, Melanie spent 10 years working in non-profit, for-profit and government sectors, honing her recruitment and sales skills within these diverse environments, and developing her special brand of empathetic management. These work experiences, combined with her advanced degree in Human Resources, enable Melanie to lead JCSI’s recruitment team to consistently achieve results for its clients.
In addition, Melanie continues to implement process improvements, create initiatives for corporate development, and institute training programs to further strengthen JCSI’s recruitment team.
