Heather Korpi joined JCSI in 2007, bringing her experience overseeing projects and people to her role in support of enhanced RPO delivery. With a primary focus on managing staff and developing internal processes and training programs to drive delivery, Heather also provides consultative services to clients that adds long-lasting value to their partnership with JCSI.

Depending on client need and interest, Heather develops customized, consultative services on various topics, ranging from strengthening interview skills to improved candidate assessment and efficient use of manager time to make the best hire.

In addition, Heather manages much of JCSI reporting and metrics delivery, both internally and externally, to measure success, track results, and improve outcomes. Her organizational skills continue to strengthen JCSI’s accountability and results-oriented approach to recruitment, and her formal education in communications provides an additional level of support to those efforts.
