A great opportunity for a research-minded individual to be part of an upbeat recruiting team, JCSI is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to assist in finding the best candidates for our clients using social media, online resources, and private databases.
The Sourcing Specialist builds pipelines of highly qualified candidates for positions spanning diverse fields, geographic locations, and types of roles, which makes the work challenging and interesting. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will identify candidates by conducting proactive market research and internet mining, searching social networks such as LinkedIn and Facebook, as well as using Meta search engines, industry associations, online discussion groups, job boards, and JCSI’s private database.
The Sourcing Specialist reports to the Sourcing Manager. All objectives align with JCSI’s core business values of teamwork, trust, accountability, and respect.
Skills and Experience:
Education of a BS/BA or equivalent.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience.
Ability to work with minimum supervision, both as a team member and as an individual contributor.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 1-3 years Human Resources, Recruitment, or Sourcing/Research experience
