Since its founding in 1999, JCSI has evolved into an innovative recruitment firm with expertise in finding and engaging the best candidates for top-performing companies across the country. Our employees play an integral role in our continued success, and at JCSI, we value and reward their contribution: Every member of our executive team and 95% of our senior-level staff were promoted from within the firm because professional development for staff is not something we simply talk about; it's what we do. If you're interested in learning more about joining our talented, fun-loving team, we would like to hear from you!

A great opportunity for a research-minded individual to be part of an upbeat recruiting team, JCSI is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to assist in finding the best candidates for our clients using social media, online resources, and private databases.

The Sourcing Specialist builds pipelines of highly qualified candidates for positions spanning diverse fields, geographic locations, and types of roles, which makes the work challenging and interesting.
