JCSI is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our upbeat Sales Team for proactive outbound lead generation and networking activities. Your day will be spent on a variety of interesting and challenging activities that primarily comprise interaction and outreach to potential clients via telephone and email as you market JCSI’s unique recruitment consulting services to business customers. JCSI will provide you with a targeted list of prospects and a step-by-step marketing campaign. You will interact with business prospects to schedule 10-minute appointments for JCSI Account Managers who are part of your team.

In addition to working as a key member of the Sales Team, you will communicate internally with Project Managers, Recruiting Consultants, and Sourcing Specialists regarding all industries represented by the organization, so you are able to answer questions from prospective clients. The Inside Sales Representative reports directly to the Director of Sales and Operations. All objectives align with JCSI’s core business values of teamwork, trust, accountability, and respect.

Principal Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Generate leads and schedule appointments

  • Track and manage current and new leads

  • Communicate JCSI’s services and solutions

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales metrics

  • Establish strategic relationships with clients, contacts, and sales networks

  • Participate in regular sales meetings and activities

  • Perform other job-related duties as required

Skills and Experience:

Requirements

  • Education of B.A./B.S. or equivalent

     

  • Proven oral and written communication skills

  • Strong work ethic

  • Independent working and decision-making skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to demonstrate sales prowess

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge across varied potential client industries

  • Professional Sales Training/Prospecting experience

  • Experience with Sales CRM System
