VP Operations
Part of the evolution of the JCSI process was to adopt a time and materials model. Jim’s team discovered that although they were a service company, there were certain elements of product driven operations that could enhance their ability to consult with clients and provide them with metrics to make the recruitment process more transparent. Paul Ladden originally came to JCSI as a consultant working to assist the team in refining the processes in place, develop account management training, and identify best practices of the overall business structure.
Given his years of experience working for and consulting with companies like Digital Equipment Corporation, Bearing Point, and Fidelity, Paul was uniquely qualified to advise the JCSI team. As a Director at Digital, he had the product driven background Jim was looking for and as a Director of Operations at Northeast Digital and consultant with many companies over the years he had the project management and service oriented experience as well. As his project with JCSI came to a close, it was evident that Paul was a perfect fit for the company and today as Vice President of Operations; he is bringing new dimensions to the JCSI Process and guiding the operational team to maximize the systems and tools in place.
