Michael DuBois
VP Client Services
The first person to join the team was Michael DuBois. Michael began his career in recruiting after graduating from the University of Connecticut. He worked as an intern and then permanent employee recruiting with ATSI in Norwood, MA when JCSI was conceived. Like Jim, Mike was energized by the opportunity to bring something new to the recruitment industry. Over the years Michael has performed every function at JCSI allowing him to contribute greatly to the model and is always looking for new and innovative ways to solve recruitment challenges for our clients.
He has helped shape and refine the way the company engages with clients and remains passionate about the model nine years later as the Vice President of Client Services for JCSI. In his current role he is tasked with expanding service for JCSI’s existing client base and developing business with new clients.
