One of the most unique aspects of the JCSI Recruitment Process is the functional breakdown. Operationally, it allows for a concentrated effort to be placed on every aspect of the full recruitment lifecycle, resulting in a higher volume of quality candidates. Managing that volume requires someone with the ability to focus on one component of recruitment while maintaining the full cycle insight necessary to integrate with the supporting functions.
With 10 years of experience in both non-profit and for profit enterprises Melanie Wexler understood the nuances of recruiting. First joining JCSI as a Recruiting Team Lead, Melanie managed projects for numerous clients serving as the liaison between the client and JCSI back office team. Over her two years in that role she helped implement process improvements, create initiatives for corporate development, and instituted training programs, making her the natural choice to manage the entire Candidate Development functional team. Always mindful of opportunities for growth Melanie continues to challenge her team and extend the boundaries of the JCSI model.
