Liz Sullivan

As co-founder and Director of Special Education of the Rising Tide Charter Public School in Plymouth, MA, Liz Sullivan understood the enormous challenges facing a new venture. And, as a teacher trained in child psychology and special education, she did not back away from a challenge. From the beginning she started contributing to the new company, working with Jim on laying the groundwork and preparing for their first client—PegaSystems. Liz took responsibility for the finances, tax preparation, and all other office management duties to include a payroll that began to grow very quickly in coming years.
Today as JCSI’s Corporate Secretary and Treasurer, Liz actively consults and advises senior management on all fiduciary matters for the company, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and managing endeavors in corporate responsibility.
