OPEN POSITION – Senior Sales Representative

Located right in Westborough, MA, JCSI has an opening for a Senior Sales Executive to join our current team of four Sales Representatives.  The Senior Sales Executive’s primary focus will be to develop new, previous, and existing business relationships.  This role will have a large component in developing and presenting creative, customized webinars that are individually tailored to address the hiring needs of each potential client. The ability to communicate the benefits of the JCSI process is integral, but closing agreements during these webinars will be paramount. As our hiring solution is proven to be extremely cost and time efficient, it is in the hands of the Senior Sales Executive to present this, and then finalize an agreement with potential clients. Lastly, the Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for outbound prospecting and various networking activities. 

This position offers a significant amount of growth potential, as it provides the opportunity to be fully accountable for the overall coordination, the functional management, and the leadership of all of the sales activities for JCSI. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Successfully selling JCSI’s services and solutions
  • Articulating and positioning the full spectrum of JCSI’s services to key departmental decision makers
  • Establishing strategic relationships with clients, contacts and sales networks
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quota
  • Providing reports on sales activity, sales forecasts and other objective sales measurements
  • Prospecting, lead generation and setting appointments
  • Arranging face-to-face meetings and Webinars to present JCSI’s value proposition
  • Negotiating and closing business with target and prospective customers and   seeking all opportunities to expand projects
  • Tracking and managing current and new leads
  • Identifying, selling and supporting incremental value-added solutions and services in existing accounts
  • Participating in regular sales meetings and activities
  • Performing other job related duties as required

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3-7 years inside or outside sales experience
  • Experience selling to the Human Resources community
  • Strong ability to negotiate and close
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Independent working and decisions making skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Easily adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of the recruitment industry
  • Ability to demonstrate sales prowess
